This site has no form, no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker. It sets no cookies.
The host records technical logs, such as the IP address, the date and the requested page, to keep the service secure and running.
Images may be served by Sanity’s content delivery network, which then receives the same technical data.
If you write to ThenewB, your message and contact details are processed to reply to you.
Legal bases and retention
Technical logs: legitimate interest in securing the site. Retained according to the host’s policy.
Email exchanges: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest. Retained for the duration of the relationship, then for three years after the last exchange.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify and Sanity are providers established in the United States. Netlify, Inc. states that it complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and also relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Sanity covers transfers with the standard contractual clauses annexed to its data processing addendum.
